Mr. Richard Hubbard, was born in 1962,from Ohio, the United States, employed by Foster Wheeler, served at Yangquan No.2 Power Plant (阳泉阳光发电有限公司）jobsite in 1996,1997 and 1998. She Guangshun, a translator, was born in 1963, from Changzhi, Shanxi, served at the jobsite for the construction and commissioning of the power plant. We have not seen each other for more than 20 years.
